How Do You Know If Your Customers Need Your Product

If you and your company will at any price a new product, it is important to first target the customers really need and want the product. This is demonstrated by a person involved in the proposed R & D. It will also support trade and leadership and participation in the project.

Usually when a client has expressed a need for something, because one or more of these situations occurs:

• The client is seeking to improve

• The client or customer, scissors

• The client or his client tried to hold market share against new technologies
